01 Definitions

4.3 Account Security

4.4 Payment Method Verification

07 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Rules

In all cases of conflict between specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms & Conditions shall govern account-related, financial, and conduct matters.

7.2 Game Results

13.2 Voluntary Closure by User

Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcomes, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

14 Amendments to Terms

jlj66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 15.3 Regulatory Escalation

Where a dispute cannot be satisfactorily resolved through jlj66's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels. jlj66 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes and regulatory inquiries.

15.4 Jurisdiction

For any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties waive any objection to the convenience or propriety of venue in those courts.
